Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date] by and between [ DTC GRUP MOBİLYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ] (“Disclosing Party”) and [Recipient’s Name or “Recipient”] (“Receiving Party”).

  • Was known to the Receiving Party prior to its disclosure by the Disclosing Party.
  • Is received from a third party without restriction or breach of a confidentiality obligation.
  • Is independently developed by the Receiving Party without reference to the Confidential Information.

4. Return or Destruction of Information

  • Upon request by the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party must promptly return or destroy all copies of the Confidential Information and certify such return or destruction in writing.

5. Duration

  • The obligations under this Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of [specify duration, e.g., 3 years] from the date of disclosure or until the Confidential Information no longer qualifies as confidential, whichever occurs first.

6. No License or Ownership
